Assuming you're approaching the room from the skull pit, activate the first button for the light bridge. In Part 6.3, in the City of the Damned, return to the room where the Chupacabra was caged.

The keyhole is at the very bottom of the shaft. The door specifically leads to an elevator shaft. In Part 6.2, as you chase the hooded man, as you come to the roof with the skylights, look near the skylights and you'll see a door that leads back into the building. Drop down this hole, and the keyhole is at the bottom. At the junction of these stairs will be a hole in the pillar under the glowing statue. In Part 2.2, after killing two Dungeon Jailers at once, you'll be in a transition room activating the glowing statue, will create stairs leading down. This isn't normal behavior for the keys, and they don't count as secrets, but they serve to teach you what the keyholes look like. Note that in Part 2, you'll have to use a couple keys on dungeon locks to open doors.

Consider keeping a full stock of dungeon keys at all times. Because keys cost 100 XP, and keyholes often give you 2000 XP back, they're always worth the purchase. Dungeon keyholes always contain experience. Because they count as secrets, Dodo Egg Relics can detect where they are in a given area. There are only a few Dungeon Jailers though after them, you'll need to buy the keys from the Chupacabra after he sets up shop in Part 2.3.ĭungeon keyholes are counted in the game's “Secrets” listing on the World Map, which is viewable from the map screen. To activate them, you need Dungeon Keys, which are initially dropped by Dungeon Jailers starting in Part 2.1.
